Terms & Conditions

Cocktail Collective provides private cocktail services for events and gatherings by prior arrangement. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed once the event details have been agreed upon and confirmation has been received from the client. Cocktail Collective will work with each client to develop an appropriate cocktail menu and service format tailored to the event.

The client is responsible for ensuring that a suitable preparation and service area is available at the event location, such as a kitchen bench or designated bar space, along with reasonable access to water and waste disposal. Cocktail Collective will provide the necessary professional bar tools and equipment required to prepare and serve cocktails as agreed.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all guests consuming alcohol are of legal drinking age in accordance with Australian law. Cocktail Collective reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who appears intoxicated or where service would otherwise be inappropriate or unlawful.

Service times will be agreed upon prior to the event. Cocktail Collective will make reasonable efforts to arrive on time and deliver the service as planned. However, circumstances outside of reasonable control, including traffic conditions or unforeseen delays, may occasionally affect arrival times.

The client is responsible for ensuring a safe environment for the service to take place. Cocktail Collective is not responsible for circumstances arising from guest behaviour, venue conditions, or other factors outside the direct control of the service provider.

Cocktail Collective aims to deliver a professional and seamless service experience at every event. By confirming a booking and engaging Cocktail Collective’s services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined above.
