Service policy

Cocktail Collective provides private cocktail services for events and gatherings by prior arrangement. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Once an event date and service details are agreed upon, clients may be required to provide confirmation to secure the booking. Cocktail Collective will work with each client to develop a suitable cocktail menu and service format tailored to the event.

The client is responsible for providing a suitable preparation and service area, such as a kitchen bench or designated bar space, along with reasonable access to water and waste disposal. Cocktail Collective will supply professional bar tools, preparation equipment, and cocktail service expertise necessary to deliver the agreed service.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all guests consuming alcohol are of legal drinking age in accordance with Australian law. Cocktail Collective reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who appears intoxicated or where service would otherwise be inappropriate or unlawful.

Service times will be agreed upon prior to the event. Cocktail Collective will make reasonable efforts to arrive on time and deliver the service as planned. However, factors outside of reasonable control, such as traffic conditions or unforeseen circumstances, may occasionally affect arrival times.

Cocktail Collective aims to deliver a professional and seamless service experience. By confirming a booking, clients acknowledge and agree to the service terms outlined above.
