Menu Curation

Based on our conversation, we curate a refined cocktail selection tailored to your event. This typically includes a balance of classic cocktails and contemporary options, allowing guests to enjoy familiar favourites alongside carefully selected modern drinks.

Each menu is designed with consideration for seasonality, flavour balance and the style of the evening.

Drawing on our background in premium cocktail bars, we design menus that are both refined and approachable.

Preparation

Once the menu is confirmed, all ingredients are prepared in advance to ensure the evening runs seamlessly. Fresh juices, garnishes and cocktail components are carefully organised ahead of time so that drinks can be served efficiently throughout the event.

This preparation allows our bartenders to focus entirely on presentation, service and guest interaction during the evening.

Event Service

On the day of your event, our bartenders arrive ahead of your guests to set up a discreet and well-organised bar area within your home. We integrate into the space with minimal disruption, creating a refined service point from which drinks are prepared.

Throughout the evening we provide attentive, professional service — preparing cocktails to order, engaging with guests and ensuring the bar remains organised and inviting.

Closing the Evening

At the conclusion of the event, the bar area is cleared and packed down with care. All equipment, glassware and ingredients are removed, leaving your space exactly as it was before we arrived.

Our aim is that once the evening concludes, the only thing remaining is the memory of a well-hosted gathering.

Our role is simple — to allow you to enjoy your evening as a guest in your own home, while we take care of everything behind the bar.
