Bartender Jeffrey Morgenthaler of Portland’s Clyde Common created this extravagant twist on a whiskey sour. With Marmalade as the star, it mixes beautifully with Bourbon, Lemon Juice and Egg White.
Combine bourbon, juice, syrup, marmalade, and egg white in a shaker filled with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Add bitters, and using a toothpick, swirl into whites.
