It may have a funny name (and yes, our imaginations are making up all sorts of stories) but if you are after something light, then an Umbongo, may be just the ticket. With the pulp of a Passionfruit, Vodka, Passionfruit Liqueur, Orange Juice and finshed with Ginger Ale, this medium sweet, tropical drink it hard to resist.
Cut Passionfruit in half and scoop out flesh into shaker. Add next three ingredients, then shake with ice, before fine straining into a glass filled with ice. Top with Ginger Ale.
