The Woman Distroyed

Difficulty Medium
Technique Stirred

Simone de Beauvoir was entranced by Apricot cocktails. They were to her (and her fellow existentialists – yes, Jean-Paul Sartre we’re looking at you) a key to understanding phenomenology: it exists to be enjoyed and it existed because it was enjoyed. For us, The Woman Destroyed is just a drink with Scotch, Sweet Vermouth, Apricot Liqueur and Cynar (but yes, it was enjoyed).

  • 1.5 oz. 45ml Whisky, Scotch, blended
  • 0.75 oz. 23ml Vermouth, Sweet
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Apricot Liqueur
  • 0.25 oz. 8ml Cynar
Display: oz. ml.
