Adapted from the recipe in David Embury’s The Fine Art Of Mixing, The Rose #1, was created in the 1920s. Mixing Dry Vermouth, Kirsch Liqueur & Raspberry Liqueur this drink is a wonderful dusky pink with a wonderful aroma.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. 45ml Dry Vermouth
  • 1.5 oz. 45ml Kirsch Liqueur
  • 0.2 oz. 6ml Raspberry Liqueur
Display: oz. ml.

Glass

Martini

Instructions

Stir ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass

Garnish

Maraschino Cherry
