Created in 2010 by Fraser Campbell at the Alchemist in Melbourne, the St Croix Sunset is a beautifully coloured little concoction. With Rum, Apricot Brandy, Campari, Orange Juice, Lemon Juice and Vanilla Syrup, this is not only fruity but bittersweet as well.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. 45ml Rum, Aged
  • 1 oz. 30ml Apricot Brandy
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Campari
  • 1 oz. 30ml Orange Juice
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 0.25 oz. 8ml Vanilla Syrup
Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass
