If your taste buds are crying out for a smokey-Pineapple Cocktail, then its worth travelling to Scorpion Reef. This wonderful tropical potion combines just enough overproof heat to capture your attention,  while providing your taste buds with that sensation of caramelized pineapple fresh off the grill.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. 30ml Mezcal
  • 1 oz. 30ml Gold Rum
  • 1 oz. 30ml Pineapple Juice
  • 0.75 oz. 23ml Lemon Juice
  • 0.75 oz. 23ml Orgeat
  • 2 dash 2 dash Chocolate Bitters
  • 5-6 dash 5-6 dash Angostura Bitters
Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients, except the Angostura bitters, in a stemless wine glass and fill halfway with crushed ice. Stir with a swizzle stick, then add another scoop of crushed ice

Garnish

Float the Angostura bitters on top
