There’s nothing like a bit of Mint Tea and Gold Rum to get your party started right. With added Lime Juice, Sugar Syrup & Mint, this Daiquari-style long drink is the perfect summer cooler.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. 60ml Gold Rum
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Lime Juice
  • 1 oz. 30ml Mint Tea
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • top top Soda Water
  • 5-6 leaves 5-6 leaves Mint
Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Muddle Mint in a shaker and add all other ingredients. Shake well with ice then strain into an ice filled Highball glass and top with Soda Water
