Picon Punch

Believed to have originated at the Noriega Hotel in Bakersfield, California, the Picon Punch has become somewhat of a signature drink of the Basque communities in the US. With Amer Picon, Grenadine, Soda & Cognac VSOP for a distinctly French aperitif.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. 45ml Amer Picon
  • 0.25 oz. 8ml Grenadine
  • 1.5 oz. 45ml Soda Water
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Cognac VSOP
Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Pour first two ingredients into an ice-fille3d glass. Top with soda (leaving room for the Cognac). Briefly stir and then float the Cognac.
