This pretty pink, gin-based cocktail is closely related to the Pegu Club but comes from the Pendennis Club in Louisville, Kentucky. It uses Apricot Brandy instead of Curaçoa and Peychard’s Bitters which adds a bright flavour profile.
Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker and strain into a chilled glass
