With a nod to the old luxury and style of the 1930s flights from Florida to Havana, the Pan Am Cocktail is a 2015 Bacardi Legacy winner. With White Rum, Aperol, Orgeat, Lemon Juice & Egg White, this is one drink that will transport you on an elegant escape.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. 45ml Rum, White
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Aperol
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Orgeat
  • 1 oz. 30ml Lemon Juice
  • oz. 0ml Egg White
Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. Dry Shake (without ice) and fine strain into a chilled glass.

Garnish

3 sprays of atomised Angostura Bitters
