If you’d like your Cognac with some sweet herbal and Ginger notes than a Mon Dernier Mot (My Last Word) is for you. The Cognac melds beautifully with the spicy Ginger Liqueur and the herbal Chartreuse for this nice little riff on the classic.
Shake all ingredients with ice and the fine strain into a chilled Coupe glass
