Created by Jean-Paul Bourguignon at Mietta’s Restaurant in Melbourne, the Japanese Slipper is an ’80’s drink that has been having a bit of a resurgence. With Midori, Cointreau and Lemon Juice, this is a sweet and sour drink with some serious tang.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. 30ml Midori
  • 1 oz. 30ml Cointreau
  • 1 oz. 30ml Lemon Juice
Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Add Midori, Cointreau, & Lemon Juice to an ice-filled shaker tin. Shake and fine strain into a Martini glass.
Blend to combine, and strain into a Martini glass.

Maraschino Cherry
