The easiest way to think of the  Jalisco Pear Cocktail is as an Autumn Margarita. The natural pairing of Pear Liqueur & Pimento Dram is a classic combination and when mixed in with Tequila & Lemon Juice, the result is just begging you to curl up with it by the fire.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add tequila, pear liqueur, allspice dram, and lemon. Shake and strain into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass.
