Everything Is Coming Up Rosé

Main Liqueur Aperol
Difficulty Easy
Technique Stirred

Who doesn’t love a Spritz in the summer and Everything Is Coming Up Rosé is the perfect pitcher cocktail (we have written this with pitcher measurements – if you want to make it by the glass, then divide by four).  Combining Rosé with the pleasantly bitter Aperol and delicate, floral Hibiscus Tea, this is one cocktail you’ll have on stand-by all summer long.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. 240ml Dry Rosé
  • 4 oz. 120ml Lillet Rosé
  • 4 oz. 120ml Hibiscus Tea (chilled)
  • 2 oz. 60ml Lemon Juice
  • 2 oz. 60ml Sugar Syrup
  • 1 oz. 30ml Aperol
  • 4 oz. 120ml Soda Water
Display: oz. ml.
