The Elixirita is basically a Tommy’s Margarita with a splash of Cognac. It was created by H.Joseph Ehrmann and is the signature Margarita at his bar Elixir in San Francisco and mixes Reposado Tequila, Lime Juice, Agave Syrup and Cognac.
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass
