Champagne Daiquari

If you are faced with a little left over Champagne, then turn it into a syrup and throw it into this wonderful Daiquari riff. The Rum, Lime and Champagne work beautifully together in a drink that you’ll be sipping all summer long.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. 60ml Rum, White
  • 0.75 oz. 23ml Lime Juice
  • 0.75 oz. 23ml Champagne Syrup

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake until chilled and strain into a cocktail glass or coupe.
