Named after the New Orleans suburb, the Bywater was created in 2008 by Chris Hannah at Arnaud’s French 75 Bar. With aged Rum, Amer Picon, Green Chartreuse, Falernum & Peychaud Bitters, this is a spirit-forward, bittersweet, herbal cocktail that is perfect as an after-dinner digestif

Ingredients

  • 1.66 oz. 50ml Rum, Aged
  • 0.75 oz. 23ml Amer Picon
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Chartreuse, Green
  • 0.2 oz. 6ml Falernum
  • dash dash Peychard's Bitters
Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass, then strain into a chilled glass

Maraschino cherry
