The combination of beer and berry flavours never hurt anyone and once you add a little whiskey, this is the perfect barbecue cocktail. In fact to not make it this weekend, might be thought by some to be Beyond The Pale.
Add Syrup and Whiskey into a chilled glass and stir. Add the blackberries, bruise them with the back of a spoon and stir again. Top with Pale Ale.
