Fresh, crisp apples makes this wonderful riff on a Gin & Tonic ideal for Autumn afternoon sipping. Designed specifically to be made with Caorunn Gin, due to the spirits natural affinity with red apple yet, at a pinch, this cocktail can really be made with any strong botanical Gin.
Add all ingredients, except Tonic Water but including apple wedges, to a large goblet or wine glass with ice. Top up with Tonic Water.
