The 3G may sound a little antiquated as we enter a 5G world, but once you realise that those G’s stand for Gin, St Germain and Ginger Liqueur, then the light, crisp and refreshing taste of this drink seems completely appropriate.
Coat a chilled Coupe glass with Absinthe, then discard Absinthe. Add the rest of the ingredients to an ice-filled shaker, then strain into the Absinthe-coated glass.
