Sometimes you just want something light, crisp and refreshing and if that’s the case, then the 3G cocktail is what you should be making. The mix of Gin, St Germain and Ginger Liqueur, (the three G’s) is accented by a nice Absinthe rinse.
Coat a chilled Coupe glass with Absinthe, then discard Absinthe. Add the rest of the ingredients to an ice-filled shaker, then strain into the Absinthe-coated glass.
