19th Century Cocktail

First created in New York by Brian Miller at the Pegu Club, the 19th Century. A Bourbon-based variation on the 20th Century cocktail, this drink also has White Creme de Cacao, Lillet Rouge and Lemon Juice.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. 45ml Bourbon
  • 0.75 oz. 23ml Creme de Cacao, White
  • 0.75 oz. 23ml Lillet Rouge
  • 0.75 oz. 23ml Lemon Juice
Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass
